Society and diet both can be taken together. People often think that when they are among their friends at a party, they cannot carry on with their diet. ‘What if my friends will call me too diet-conscious?’, ‘What if they will make fun of me?’, ‘What if they will attract me towards those meals which will spoil my diet?’. These are the questions that often come in one’s mind when going at a party, especially in the minds of those people who follow a healthy diet plan.

The answer to these questions is that at many salad bars this is the case. The solution to this problem is to look around for any lemon wedges and oil available so you can have a simple oil-and-lemon dressing.

BE HEALTHY AND FIT, MAKING STRONG EACH AND EVERY BONE!

· I personally know many people, who are so dedicated to their lifestyle that when they go to salad bar where they are unsure of the dressings, they simple bring their own.
· Don’t hesitate to bring your own healthy dressings in social gatherings, thinking what others might think of you. Maybe people will follow your diet and be encouraged to bring their own dressings as well.
· It is better to stop at a natural food store on the way to a party, with unfamiliar meal and salad bars, to purchase a bottle of dressing chemical addictives or sugar, simply to have a backup in case there were no dressings at the party, you are interested in using.
